Leominster Credit Union has re-elected the officers of its board of directors for 2010-2011: Chairman GIULIO G. GRECO, vice chairman; AMEDEO E. BILOTTA, treasurer; RICHARD A. SHEPPARD, assistant treasurer; ROSEMARY BRACANI, assistant treasurer; and ANTHONY A. GASBARRO, clerk. Also serving on the board are ANDREW D. COUSINS of Sterling, NANCY L. GRAVES of Leominster, JOYCE A. LAFLUER of Leominster, JOSEPH V. QUINTAL of Clinton, JOHN W. REEDY of Clinton and MICHAEL J. SAUVAGEAU of Lunenburg.

MICHAEL ZEYTOONIAN, founder and director of the Zeytoonian Center for Dispute Resolution of Westborough and Wellesley Hills, has been appointed chairman of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council’s Public Education Committee. In the new position, Zeytoonian is responsible for reorganizing the council’s former marketing committee with the goal of “making collaborative law a household word” by the end of the year. Zeytoonian has served on the organization’s board for six years, one as president, and has been on the marketing committee for three years.

Fitchburg Access Television has appointed SHELLEY WOLFE as its new executive director. Wolfe replaces Mark Rocheleau, who headed the public access station for eight years. She previously acted as executive director of Pacifica Community Television in California for five years. In 2007, she founded Toolbox Entertainment, a production company supporting sales, marketing and direct distribution of music products. Altogether, Wolfe has 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, including time spent in music retail, management and independent label and distribution.

Clark University has hired JAMES E. KEOGH, former editor-in-chief of Worcester Magazine, as director of news and editorial services. In the newly created role, Keogh develops national and regional public relations programs and produces institutional publications. He will be the primary writer and editor of the university’s alumni magazine and will edit other Clark publications. He has a bachelor’s degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester.

Westborough-based Conservation Services Group has appointed EVERETT P. “CHIP” PERKINS JR. as vice president of regions. The newly created position involves integrating regional and central resources for the firm’s operations across the country. Perkins previously served as vice president of business and project development for online energy efficiency company APOGEE Interactive of Georgia. He has also worked in management positions for Novi Energy in Michigan and Medlock Consulting Group in Georgia.

MORGAN K. STUART has joined ERA Key Realty Services in Franklin. Stuart previously served as administrative assistant for the Electric Time Co. in Medfield. She has also worked in cosmetology and bartending, holding positions at Keldara, The Salon and Day Spa in Dedham and The Paddock Pub in Walpole. She lives in Medway.

DAVID J. LAFLAMME has joined ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville. He previously worked as vice president of engineering at Lorusso Corp. in Plainville. He is a resident of Wrentham.

Worcester-based Fallon Community Health Plan has promoted ROBERT J. TROCKI to senior director of actuarial pricing and CHRISTINE L. CASSIDY to senior director of corporate communications. Trocki’s new position puts him in charge of pricing the health plan’s products. Previously, he was the company’s director of actuarial pricing. Before starting at FCHP, Trocki was a product actuary at Sun Life Financial. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Cassidy also adds a “senior” to her title, moving up from director of corporate communications. In her new position, she handles all media and public relations, as well as internal communications. Cassidy has been with FCHP since 2002. Before that, she was editor of The Lancaster Times and North County Family & Health. She also worked as a system project manager at the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Boston, where she spent 15 years.

Marlborough direct response media agency Mercury Media has hired WILLIAM A. CUNNINGHAM as vice president of finance. In his new position, Cunningham will handle financial operations at the company’s Marlborough and Philadelphia offices. He will also be vice president and chief accounting officer of Diversified Mercury Communi-cations Holding Co. LLC and its subsidiaries.

MICHAEL V. GIONFRIDDO, president and COO of Quabaug Corp. in North Brookfield, and KEVIN QUINN, president of Dacon in Natick, have joined the Associated Industries of Massachusetts’ board of directors. Along with eight other executives from around the state, they will serve on the board for three year terms.

Assumption College of Worcester has hired FRANCIS LAZARUS, president emeritus of the University of Dallas, as provost and vice president for academic affairs. Lazarus, who was expected to start June 15, replaces Frederick Travis, who served as interim provost since 2008. Lazarus led the University of Dallas from 2004 to 2009. He has also worked in leadership positions for the University of San Diego, Marquette University and the University of Dayton. Before that, he was a professor of classical literature at colleges including the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

MELISSA GLEICK was named an associate of the Estate Preservation Law Offices in Worcester. She previously served as a law clerk in the Massachusetts Superior Court. She was a bachelor’s degree from Anna Maria College in Paxton and a law degree from the New England School of Law.

Stratus Technologies of Maynard has hired ERIC DOUGHERTY as vice president of channel sales. Dougherty previously worked as vice president of partners and alliances at Rapid7 of Boston, and before that he worked for other software companies, including Acronis Inc. of Woburn, Ecora Soft-ware Corp. of Texas, Softricity Inc. of Washington, which is now part of Microsoft, and Sweden-based Axis Communications.

The Southborough-based Massa-chusetts Dental Society has installed seven new officers: JOHN P. FISHER, president; CHARLES L. SILVIUS, president-elect; PAULA K. FRIEDMAN, vice president; ANTHONY N. GIAMBERARDINO, secretary; LISA VOURAS, assistant secretary; MICHEL JUSSEAUME, treasurer; and HOWARD M. ZOLOT, assistant treasurer.

Millbury Savings Bank has promoted two employees, ROBIN B. BOUCHER and LYNNE P. FEIZ, to assistant vice president positions, and hired Karen M. Butler as a customer service representative. Boucher has worked for the bank since 1998. In her new role as assistant vice president and information systems officer, she is responsible for IT and electronic banking. Feiz joined the bank in 2007. In her new role as assistant vice president and marketing and retail sales officer, she heads the bank’s product development and promotion, advertising, communications, public relations and sales training programs. Butler joins Millbury Savings from Bank of America’s Sutton branch. She has more than 13 years of experience in banking.

The Bank of Canton has hired MARY ANN LASEK as regional lending manager at its Auburn Mortgage Center. Lasek has worked in the mortgage industry for 25 years. Most recently she was a mortgage advisor at PHH Mortgage Corp. and before that she was a senior loan officer at GMAC Mortgage and Sherwood Mortgage, all in the Worcester area. In her new position, Lasek will plan and originate mortgage loans and make contacts in the real estate industry.

Fitchburg-based Workers’ Credit Union has hired FREDERICK P. BULMAN as a mortgage originator. Bulman will work with home buyers in the Athol, Orange and Gardner areas. Bulman has worked in the industry for 26 years, most recently at Athol-Clinton Co-Operative Bank. He is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and the National School of Banking at Fairfield University in Connecticut.

Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple PC has hired TUCKER DULONG as an associate in its Framingham real estate department. Dulong has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from Suffolk University in Boston. After law school, he clerked for Justice Donald H. Marden, Justice Kirk Studstrup and Justice John Atwood of the Maine Superior Court.

Marathon Technologies of Littleton has hired ROB CIAMPA as vice president of marketing and BETH SHEA as vice president of services and support. Ciampa will lead global marketing, product management and channel programs for the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and channel programs. Shea will be in charge of worldwide customer support, pre-sales technical support and training for Marathon. She has built professional services and customer support organizations for companies including The FeedRoom of New York and Imprivata of Lexington.

Inside Out Communications of Holliston has hired RICHARD GREENE as vice president of sales and general manager. Greene previously worked for companies including California-based Oracle, Chelmsford-based Kronos and Southborough-based ViryaNet and also helped build early-stage companies.

Southbridge-based Savers Bank has promoted DAN KIRSCHNER and KATHY LECOUR to residential lending specialist positions. Kirschner, who has worked in banking for 10 years, started at Savers six years ago as a branch manager in Auburn. In his new position he will focus on residential lending for the bank’s Auburn, Grafton and Uxbridge offices. LeCour has worked for Savers for 22 years, most recently as a mortgage processor. She previously acted as manager of the Southbridge branch for seven years.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute has promoted KRISTIN TICHENOR, STEPHEN FLAVIN and ERIC OVERSTRÖM to senior management positions. Tichenor was promoted from vice president for enrollment management to senior vice president for enrollment and institutional strategy. Flavin, who has been dean of corporate and professional education since 2007, adds vice president for academic and corporate development to his title, while also remaining associate provost. Overström, a biology professor who has headed the department of biology and biotechnology, became provost ad interim effective July 1. The promotion follows John Orr’s decision to step down as provost and senior vice president of WPI. Orr will return to his position as professor of electrical and computer engineering.
