WSU Names Commencement Speaker

John Connolly, an author of medical consumer guides and a 1962 graduate of Worcester State College, will give the university's commencement address this spring.
The ceremony will be held at noon on May 14 at the DCU Center.
Also, on Saturday Feb. 5, Framingham State University will hold its winter commencement ceremony, which will include an address by state Sec. of Education Paul Reville.
And in other education news, Worcester's Clark University has been recognized for having 17 alumni that are currently serving in the PeaceCorps. That is the 18th-most for small colleges in the nation, according to the PeaceCorps.
