Westborough Ready For Biotech
The Massachusetts Biotechnology Council has given the town of Westborough a platinum-level BioReady designation.
The BioReady label certifies the town's zoning and infrastructure as friendly to biotechnology companies.
Other communities rating a platinum certification include Worcester, Grafton, Framingham and Devens. Altogether, 67 Massachusetts communities have some level of BioReady designation.
