Princeton Review Enters OTC Market

College readiness and career planning services company The Princeton Review has announced that its common stock is trading on the OTCQB tier of the Over-The-Counter Markets as of today. Trading on the middle tier of the market, the Framingham-based company's symbol is REVU, and real-time stock quotes can be seen here. (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/REVU/quote)

On March 27, the company announced plans to sell its test preparation business for $33 million to an affiliate of Boston-based private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners. The sale is expected to be completed by early May and will allow the company to focus on its Penn Foster Education Group, which provides online education. The holding company of Penn Foster will take on a new, undetermined name.
