Six companies have signed new leases for space at the Hopkinton Technology within the past three months, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties, which brokered the leases.
Biotech companies EpigenDX and Phosphorex Inc. each leased more than 5,000 square feet in a building within the park that is designed for life science companies.
Solar companies Astrum Solar and Sky High Energy also took space in the complex. Instrument maker Lab Tech Inc. moved to the park from its previous location at the New Englander Industrial Park in Holliston, and HPC construction, which installs cellular towers and equipment, leased 6,000 square feet of warehouse space.
Altogether, the six new leases involved 34,237 square feet out of a total of 230,000 square feet across the park's nine buildings.
