DANIELLE WILSON has been hired as an account manager at Sturbridge-based ad agency Smith & Jones. Wilson formerly worked at LEGO Systems in the direct marketing department, and more recently as a web project manager at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and an MBA from Western New England University in Springfield.

PRAKASH TALLABATTULA, FRANK SHIRALDI and CHRISTINE KYLE were hired by Southborough-based RxAdvance, a pharmacy benefit management company. Tallabattula is executive vice president and chief technology officer. He formerly worked as a senior enterprise architect at Fannie Mae and was also a senior architect at Verizon. Shiraldi will serve as executive vice president and chief pharmacy officer. He most recently served as vice president of business informatics at BeneCard PBF. Before that, he was vice president at Xerox Audit & Compliance Solutions. Kyle is executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Previously, she was vice president of specialty pharmacy payer sales and account services for CVS Caremark. Prior to that, Kyle was vice president at Aetna specialty pharmacy sales and account management.

CHRISTINE KOMARIDIS was hired as the general manager at the new Advance Auto Parts Inc. store in Worcester, at 759 West Boylston St. She has been with the company for almost a year.

KARL J. MOISAN was hired as Grafton Suburban Credit Union's new senior vice president and senior loan officer. He most recently worked for Marlborough Savings Bank. Moisan earned his bachelor's degree from Norwich University in Northfield, Vt.

MARINA IANNACO was promoted to area director of marketing and business development by Simon Property Group at Auburn Mall in Auburn and Greendale Mall in Worcester. She previously served as the company's assistant director of marketing in training in Chestnut Hill. Iannaco holds a bachelor's degree from Suffolk University in Boston.

CARL BLAY was hired as lead carpenter by Sudbury-based Encore Construction Co. Inc., a remodeling and custom home construction firm based in Sudbury and Dennisport. He began his career as a carpenter foreman for a Somerville general contractor and has held positions as a carpenter foreman or lead carpenter for residential contractors in Arlington and Belmont. Blay also worked for six years as senior chief hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy Reserve.

KEVIN T. HUGHES was named director of day services at Rehabilitative Resources Inc. (RRI) in Sturbridge. He has been with RRI since 2010 as a behavior analyst for the quality improvement department. Hughes has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bridgewater State University and a master's in clinical psychology from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

KEITH C. DWINELLS has been hired as branch manager of Avidia Bank at 42 Main St., Hudson. He most recently worked at Sovereign Bank. He earned a bachelor's degree from Framingham State University.

CRAIG MADONIA was hired as senior vice president of lending at Leominster Credit Union. Madonia fills the position vacated by John O'Brien, who was recently appointed president and CEO. He was previously with Central One Federal Credit Union in Shrewsbury, where he was responsible for overseeing the lending functions. Prior to Central One, Madonia held lending positions at Barre Savings and UniBank for Savings. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Fitchburg State University. Madonia lives in Leominster.

SANDRA BAUER MAHONEY was named administrator of Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit in Holden.

DR. KATHRYN MASON was hired by Harrington Memorial Hospital to launch the Pain Management and Palliative Care Center at The Cancer Center at Harrington. She earned a medical degree, as well as master's degrees in medical science and public health in social and behavior sciences from Boston University.

THOM NORTON was hired as director and vice president of sales and snow sport services at Wachusett Mountain Ski & Snowboard School in Princeton. He will replace Bruce McDonald, who is stepping down. Norton was head coach and program director for the Wachusett Mountain Junior Race Team for the past eight years. He lives in Concord.

ANTHONY DIAS was hired by Acton-based SeaChange International, a video software company, as chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer. He has served as the company's interim CFO since May. Dias is a certified public accountant. He joined SeaChange in 2007 as vice president of finance and corporate controller. He became chief accounting officer in 2012. Prior to joining SeaChange, he served as corporate controller at LeMaitre Vascular Inc. and also held various senior finance positions with Candela Corp., Globalware Inc. and Aldiscon Inc.

MEREDITH LEWIS was hired as a senior loan officer by Westborough-based Ross Mortgage. She has been a loan officer since 2006 and previously worked at Reliant Mortgage Co.
