KURT ISAACSON and BRAD GREENSTEIN were hired and KRISTIN NOLAN promoted by Spectrum Health Systems, based in Worcester. Isaacson will serve as chief operating officer. He was most recently vice president and executive director of Diamond Healthcare in Georgia. Greenstein will serve in the newly created position of senior vice president of business development. He was most recently CEO of Central Recovery Treatment in Las Vegas. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of operations for Central Recovery, the provider's parent company, and Central Recovery Press, a full-service publishing company. Nolan is executive director of outpatient services. She began her career with Spectrum in 2000 as a substance abuse counselor.

JAMES R. BUONOMO was named to the board of directors at Fallon Community Health Plan. He held leadership roles, including that of chief financial officer, at plastics manufacturer Nypro Inc. of Clinton for more than 30 years. Buonomo holds a bachelor's degree in political science and education and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He lives in Shrewsbury.

ANDREA LONG was hired by Alternatives Unlimited of Whitinsville as associate director of clinical services, a new position. Initially a consultant to Alternatives, which serves individuals with psychiatric or developmental disabilities, she joins the staff after six years. Long has a doctorate in clinical psychology from Antioch University New England in Keene, N.H.

MARY-ELISABETH JONES was hired by Barrett Sotheby's International Realty in Concord. She was previously a sales agent with LandVest Inc. of Boston for nine years. Jones is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., and lives in Concord.

KRIS CULLEN was hired by Savers Bank in Southbridge as marketing manager. He most recently worked as marketing manager for GFA Federal Credit Union in Gardner. A graduate of Nichols College in Dudley, he lives in Fitchburg.

JOSH AHEARN of Ahearn Equipment Inc. in Spencer was elected to represent the Northern Division and serve on the National Dealer Advisory Board for Kubota Tractor Corp. for a two- year term.

KATHRYN CROCKETT was named vice president of Worcester-based architectural firm Lamoureux Pagano and Associates, where she has been a principal since 1999. She earned a bachelor of architecture degree from the Boston Architectural Center and a liberal arts degree from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley. Crockett is a LEED-accredited professional.

YONG SUN was hired by Holliston-based Harvard Bioscience Inc. as vice president of strategic marketing and business development, a new position. He previously served as vice president of global marketing and Americas sales at Beaver-Visitec International. Sun holds a bachelor's in biochemistry from Peking University in Beijing; a master's in environmental science and engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge.

DANIEL CROSSIN, DOUGLAS LANZILLO, SARAH MILLER, DEBRA REILLY and JAMES BROUDER were promoted at Grafton Suburban Credit Union. Crossin and Lanzillo are assistant vice presidents in real estate lending. Miller was promoted to assistant vice president of underwriting; Reilly to assistant vice president of consumer credit; and Brouder to chief technology officer and chief information security officer.

DIANNE DOUCETTE and NANCY MALCOLM were hired by Milford-based Atlas Travel. Doucette is from Marlborough and Malcolm is a resident of Franklin.

KATHLEEN MILLS was hired by Hudson-based Bryley Systems, a provider of managed IT services, as office administrator. She previously worked at Cabot Corp. before starting her own company — HR Off Site Resources — in 2003. Mills has a bachelor's degree in business management from Rivier University in Nashua, N.H.

JON SEYDL was hired as director of curatorial affairs at Worcester Art Museum. He is the Paul J. and Edith Ingalls Vignos Jr. curator of European paintings and sculpture at the Cleveland Museum of Art in Cleveland, Ohio, and will begin his new role in January. He previously served as associate curator of paintings at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Seydl earned a bachelor's degree in art history from Yale University and a master's and Ph.D. in art history from the University of Pennsylvania.

RANDY PLOOF and MARK MANNO were hired by Worcester-based Curtis Industries LLC, a manufacturer of cabs, enclosures and accessories for compact vehicles. Ploof was hired as business development manager for the U.S. Eastern region. Manno will serve as marketing manager.

DIANE GIAMPA, CELIA BLUE, TAMARA NOWAK, KENNETH ATCHUE and LINDA CAMMUSO were named officers and BILLYE AUCLAIR, BARBARA GUERTIN, NISHITA ROY and STEVEN THEBODO new directors on the board of Girls Incorporated of Worcester. Giampa will serve as president; Blue, 1st vice president; Atchue as treasurer and Cammuso as secretary.

JAMES WADDICK was named board chair and JOSE DINGUI and KAREN SPIEWAK were named to the board of directors at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge. Waddick is vice president of United Lens in Southbridge. Dingui is a sergeant with the Southbridge Police Department. Spiewak, of Charlton, is a healthcare educator and consultant.
