Two reports last week said sales of single-family homes in Massachusetts fell in September while the median selling price of a single-family home ($320,000, according to The Warren Group) showed little year-over-year movement. The Warren Group blamed low inventory and pent-up demand. Here, the story was slightly different with small increases in the median selling price.
