A developer with plans for an office and residential complex on Harvard Street in Worcester has purchased the soon-to-be vacant Family Services Organization of Central Massachusetts building for $420,000, according to land records and the real estate broker Kelleher and Sadowsky.

Developer Kenneth Davis purchased the property on June 30, with plans to redevelop it into office and residential space when Family Service Organization's new location is ready.

Jim Regan, executive director of Family Services Organization of Central Massachusetts, said the organization will rent the space from Davis while it searches for its next location.

“We’re taking the time to make sure we find a location that best fits our needs,” he said.

Davis will first develop a vacant part of the property, Regan said.
