Dell EMC to pay $110K over transgender discrimination

The Massachusetts Attorney General’s office announced Dell EMC will pay $110,000 and update its policies and training guidelines after allegations of gender identity-based discrimination against a former employee.
The tech giant, based in Hopkinton, will pay $60,000 to the former employee and $25,000 each to two nonprofit organizations: TransCanWork and Girls. Inc., to support its Worcester Eureka! Program.
