Walgreens, others to join Marlborough office park

Courtesy Three new tenants, including Walgreens, have signed a lease to occupy this space in Marlborough.

A 210,000-square-foot business park is now nearly full after three new tenants - including a Walgreens sales office - signed leases at the Lake Williams Center in Marlborough.

On a long-term lease, Walgreens will occupy 7,200 square feet, relocating from the company’s current New England sales office in Waltham, real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle announced Friday.

Immunovia, a Swedish start-up focused on the development and diagnosis of cancer and other autoimmune diseases, is leasing the most amount of space of the new tenants at 8,700 square feet. Tyler Technologies, a government-focused information management solutions and services firm, will occupy about 7,000 square feet in the corporate office park.

The new tenants will join Babcock Power, which recently leased an entire floor of the building at 46,000 square feet after moving from Worcester.

According to JLL, the new leases bring the park’s occupancy to over 97 percent.
