Meet the 2017 Outstanding Women in Business judges

Kathryn Crockett

The executive vice president at Worcester architectural firm Lamoureux Pagano Associates, working on designs such as the revitalization of Mechanics Hall in downtown. Crockett has served as the president of both the statewide Massachusetts chapter and the regional Central Massachusetts chapter of the American Institute of Architects. She was a 2016 WBJ Outstanding Women in Business honoree.

Naureen Meraj

A leader in the field of digital innovation, learning and development. She is globally known for her use of gamification and design thinking to improve learning, collaboration, sales, customer loyalty, employee productivity and innovation. Her work has been recognized by InformationWeek as one of the 500 best innovations for 2012 and 2013. She was a 2015 WBJ Outstanding Women in Business honoree.

Jim Notaro

The vice president of deposit operations and information management at Fidelity Bank in Leominster, where he has used data to create a unified customer relationship platform. He serves on Mount Wachusett Community College business advisory board and volunteers at Community Healthlink and SHINE Initiative. He lives in Worcester and attended MWCC, Fitchburg State University and Bentley University. He was a 2017 WBJ 40 Under Forty honoree
