Wakefield real estate investment firm NorthBridge Partners has purchased a 345,000-square-foot industrial building in Clinton for $20.4 million.

The deal, which closed last month, was announced by real estate firm Transwestern Consulting Group on Wednesday. Transwestern said it secured $13.9 million in financing for the acquisition.

The 100 Adams Road building is fully occupied by five tenants and features modern construction, 30-foot clear height, 53 loading docks and one drive-in door, Transwestern said.

According to Transwestern, the building is fully occupied by Rotmans Furniture, Scholastic Books, Staples, CPI Radant and Teknor Apex.

Land records show the previous owner was NIP OWner I LLC. That same entity owns several abutting properties, according to Massachusetts land records.
