ROBIN LECLAIRE of Sutton has been promoted to president of employee-owned Lampin Corp. in Uxbridge. She has worked in various capacities for 32 years at Lampin, which engineers and manufactures components for machines and equipment.

KELLY MORRISSEY, the director of financial aid at Mount Wachusett Community College, has been selected as one of two financial aid administrators to serve on the U.S. Department of Education's negotiated rulemaking committee on gainful employment. The 16-person committee will work on new gainful-employment regulations for colleges with non-degree programs, which include data collection on enrolled students and requirements such as debt-to-income thresholds.

SHELBY MARSHALL, a senior vice president for Right at Home of Eastern Worcester County, has been named to BayPath Elder Services' LGBT Initiative Advisory Team, which was established last year to make LGBT education, resources and supports accessible to LGBT older adults in MetroWest. Marshall, who lives in Westborough, serves as president of the Rotary Club of Westborough and trustee of the Westborough Public Library.

SEAN MOYNIHAN has joined the Provo Wealth Management Group of Shrewsbury as a financial advisor. Moynihan was formerly a senior vice president of marketing and sales for Chase Global Data & Research in Concord, and co-wrote the script for the film “Shallow Hal,” which featured Gwyneth Paltrow and Jack Black. He has a bachelor in international relations from Tufts University.

ED DAVIDIAN, a farmer from Davidian Brothers Farm in Northborough, was elected as Massachusetts Farm Bureau Federation president Dec. 1. KATIE CARLSON-HARDY of Carlson Orchards in Harvard is the board's Worcester County representative. The board will serve until December 2018.

The Worcester Art Museum has appointed four new members of its board of directors. MICHAEL V. O'BRIEN was Worcester's city manager from 2004 to 2014 and is now the executive vice president of Boston-based WinnCompanies. He lives in Southborough and is a member of the UMass board of trustees. JENNIFER C. GLOWIK is an employee benefits broker and consultant at Sullivan Benefits in Marlborough. She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and lives in Shrewsbury. ARTHUR G. KENTROS is vice president of the legal department at IBM. He was raised in Worcester and has been a trustee at Worcester Academy since 2007. THOMAS P. MCGREGOR is a senior vice president and regional commercial banking executive at United Bank, where he leads all commercial banking activity in Central and Eastern Massachusetts. The Shrewsbury resident has been a Worcester Art Museum corporator since 2015, serves on its finance committee and will now serve as treasure.
