Boston firm to manage Marlborough's Lockheed Martin industrial park

Boston property management firm Dartmouth Property Management has been chosen as the third-party property manager at the rebranded Knowledge Park at Marlborough.

The park, a three-building campus formerly known as the Mount Royal Office is slated for upgrades to entry facades, improved lobby areas, modernized offices, conference and fitness facilities, and new outdoor spaces with a patio and firepit.

Dartmouth Property Management said in a press release last week it will introduce a feature called The Club, which will function as a gathering place for office employees to work, relax, and share a drink or coffee with co-workers.

The park was sold for $8.6 million in October to CB Equities of New England. Current tenants include Lockheed Martin, Kubotek USA, the Boy Scouts, Family Orthodontics and Wyebot.

The company announced it has been chosen as the property manager for a 31,800-square-foot retail and mixed use building on Boston Post Road in Marlborough.
