Springdale Beer, the offshoot of Framingham-based Jack’s Abby, will begin distribution this week, the brewery announced Friday.

A limited amount of cans, kegs and bottles will be available, the brewery said. Springdale, located directly adjacent to Jack’s Abby, was launched in 2016 as a side project of the Framingham brewery.

“We’re excited to share what we’ve been working on this past year across Massachusetts,” Springdale General Manager Joe Connolly said in a statement.

According to the brewery, most of the barrel-aged beer to be distributed has been conditioning for up to nine months.

Launch events are planned throughout the state in the coming months, including Friday at Springdale Barrel Room on Clinton Street in Framingham. Hudson’s Rail Trail Flatbread Co. will host a Jack’s Abby tap takeover on Feb. 20.
