Westwood real estate firm purchases Marlborough properties for $18M

A Westwood real estate firm has purchased two pieces of land in Marlborough for a combined $18 million.
According to property records, Nashoba Cedar, LLC and Nashoba Forest, LLC -- both registered to Nancy True of Gibson Sotheby's International Realty -- purchased a 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 261 Cedar St. for $8 million and a 75,000-square-foot industrial building at 753 Forest St. for $10 million.
Both properties, which nearly abut one another, were previously owned by Hudson real estate investment firm Calare Properties.
According to business records, both entities registered to True will manage the newly-acquired properties
In a 2016 news release of the sale, Calare Properties said both industrial buildings were fully leased. That firm bought the properties in 2016 for a combined $14.1 million.
According to company websites, a variety of businesses occupy the buildings, including Canvys Visual Technology Solutions, Volkswagen, Nordson Medical, Vention Medical and Accredo Health Group.
