Sudbury plaza sells for $19M

Photo/Google Nearly 90,000 square feet of retail space at Sudbury Crossing has sold for $19 million.

Sudbury Crossing, a T.J.Maxx-anchored retail plaza on Route 20 in Sudbury has sold for just under $19 million.

The buyer was Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Co. in a transaction that closed in July, according to town records.

The plaza, with 90,000 square feet of leasable space, also includes a RiteAid, Subway, Domino's, Olympia Sports and others. The plaza's Sudbury Farms grocery store building was not part of the sale, according to town records.

The site, at 421-437 Boston Post Road, was previously owned by Sudbury Crossing LLC, an entity registered to the Brookline address of CGI Management.

The nearly 10-acre property was last assessed at $12.1 million.
