Marlborough industrial building sells for $8M

A 60,000-square-foot industrial building on Cedar Hill Street in Marlborough has sold for $8 million.

The sale, which closed Oct. 1, was completed between seller Calare Properties of Hudson and buyer Nashoba Cedar LLC, which lists as its manager a Nancy True of Westwood.

Calare Properties bought the single-story building in 2016 for $6.2 million.

A number of companies are listed at 261 Cedar Hill St., including Nordson Medical, Virgin Instruments, and Blackstone Valley Engineering and Technical Services.

In another commercial sale, a building at 61 Brigham St. has sold for $1.7 million, according to Aho Properties of Arlington, which represented the seller, Superior Printing Ink of New Jersey.

The 24,000-square-foot building was bought by Empire Management Corp., which is registered to a Lawrence Gordon of Concord. Empire Management plans to use the property to support its vehicle dealership in the area, Aho Properties said.
