Marlborough Starbucks and Fish Restaurant building sold for $3.6M

Photo/Google A limited liability company registered to a Boston resident has bought the commercial office building at 29 S. Bolton St. in downtown Marlborough.

A downtown Marlborough building hosting Fish Restaurant & Wine Bar, a Starbucks and other commercial tenants has sold for $3.6 million.

The single-story building with 13,000 square feet at 29 S. Bolton St. is also home to Crown Fried Chicken and Polished Nail Studio.

The site was bought by a limited liability corporation registered to a Michael Delsesto of Boston. The sellers were trustees of George Voyiatzis and the Bolton Granger Realty Trust. The sale closed Jan. 23.

The 0.7-acre property was last assessed at $1.3 million and last sold in 2005 for under $1.1 million.
