JENNIFER LACROIX was hired by Senior Living Residences as executive director of Cornerstone at Milford. She formerly served as executive director of Tatnuck Park at Worcester. LaCroix is a resident of Holden.

KATHRYN SIMPSON and HEIDI KADDY have been hired by Fidelity Bank, with offices in Central Massachusetts. Simpson has been hired as vice president and home loan specialist at the Leominster branch. She previously worked as a business development specialist at ImageTech in Wilmington. Simpson has also worked as a Realtor at Century 21 in Leominster. A resident of Fitchburg, she has a bachelor's degree from University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Kaddy was hired as assistant vice president for branch and business development in the Gardner office. She previously worked as a branch manager for Sovereign Bank/Santander in Gardner and as a branch manager for Shawmut Bank. Kaddy is a resident of Westminster.

KRISHNAMOORTHY SUBRAMANIAN was named to the board of directors at the Worcester-based Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He is president of the STIMS Institute and a former research manager at Norton Co. He has served as director of core technology at Saint-Gobain Abrasives.

ROLAND A. GAUTHIER was elected chairman of the board of trustees at North Brookfield Savings Bank, following the retirement of John J. Lane. Gauthier owns an accounting firm in Spencer. He has been a bank corporator since 1978 and a trustee since 1982. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and lives in North Brookfield.

GERARD J. CAMPBELL has been hired as privacy officer and compliance director for Fallon Community Health Plan in Worcester. Campbell joined Fallon in 2006 as a contract manager. In 2011, he was promoted to privacy officer. Before that, Campbell was an attorney with Fletcher Tilton PC. He holds a juris doctorate degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., and received his master's degree in criminal justice from Westfield State University. He is a resident of Sutton.

ERIC BUEHRENS and DR. RAHUL GANDHI were hired by Worcester-based Reliant Medical Group. Buehrens will fill the newly created position of executive vice president of business development. He most recently served as executive vice president and COO at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Buehrens earned a bachelor's degree from Harvard University. Dr. Gandhi will practice in Reliant's Department of Hospital Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. He earned his medical degree from Government Medical College in Gujarat, India. He then completed his internship and part of his residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Gandhi finished his residency at St. Vincent's.

KAREN DUFFY was elected chairman of the board of The Worcester Regional Research Bureau, a non-profit, non-partisan research agency. She is president and CEO of Worcester Credit Union and replaces Michael Mulrain. Duffy was appointed to the bureau's board in 2007.

JOE WILL and JON GUSTAFSON have been promoted and SEAN WEST, ERIN CROCE and KEITH BURKINSHAW hired by the Worcester Sharks, the American Hockey League affiliate of the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League. Will was appointed general manager and Gustafson has been promoted to vice president responsible for Worcester Sharks business operations and Sharks Ice centers. He will continue to serve as assistant general manager in San Jose. Gustafson will oversee Worcester's business operations and continue to serve as general manager of the Sharks ice rinks in the San Francisco Bay Area. West was hired as an account executive. He formerly served as manager of ticket sales for the Springfield Falcons. Croce was also hired as an account executive. She was formerly a part-time member of the sales team. Burkinshaw joins the Sharks as a marketing and operations coordinator. He was formerly a marketing and promotions assistant with the Boston Bruins.
