Rand Announces Data Division Rebranding

Framingham-based Rand Worldwide, a provider of data governance products, announced a rebranding of its former Rand Secure Archive division after expanding its range of services.
The new name, Rand Secure Data, “reflects the thorough and integrated approach we’re taking to data governance solutions with the addition of data backup,” Chris Grossman, senior vice president of enterprise applications at Rand Worldwide, said in a statement.
The addition of data backup services allows Rand to offer customers comprehensive data management, according to the company. They address clients’ top concerns, like security and the ability to recover and restore lost data, Rand said.
