Millbury Retail Store To Replace Former Bakery

A retail store selling a slew of used household items like furniture, appliances, tools and antiques has leased a 2,000 square-foot space on Millbury’s Elm Street – the site of the former Paul’s Center Bakery.

Used Again Marketplace will open at 75 Elm St. according to Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, the commercial real estate firm that brokered the deal. An opening date was not released.

John M. Harrity, vice president of Kelleher & Sadowsky, brokered the deal between Chris Kozaczka, the landlord, and the new business.

In addition to selling housewares and collectibles, Used Again will buy estate items and consign for sale items worth $49 or more, according to Kelleher & Sadowsky.

Paul’s Center Bakery changed its name to Center Bakery several years ago when it changed ownership. The bakery closed its retail location after 25 years in downtown Millbury in June 2012 but still completes orders out of a commercial kitchen.
