MassEcon unveils 81 market-ready business sites

One Boston Scientific Place in Natick has been listed as one MassEcon's ReadyMass 100 properties, which have been deemed ready for immediate occupancy or development by the agency.

MassEcon, the state's private-sector economic development partner, unveiled 81 new sites that have been deemed ready to accommodate business tenants interested in locating in the Bay State.

The sites are part of the MassEcon's ReadyMass 100 initiative, designed to promoted site expansion opportunities for businesses in Massachusetts.

The properties, which include both building and land sites, are certified for immediate occupancy and development and have met key criteria relating to infrastructure, permitting, size and readiness factors, according to MassEcon. The sites were reviewed "rigorously" by a team of real estate experts as well as state officials to determine their readiness for development, according to MassEcon. In Central Massachusetts and MetroWest, they include:

-85 Gilmore Drive in Sutton;

-The Campus at Marlborough at 100 Campus Drive;

-Marlborough Hills at 200 Forest St. and 2 Result Way in Marlborough;

-Lakeside Campus at 1 Boston Scientific Place in Natick; and

-45 Jackson Road in Devens
