True North Holistic Center and Retreat House in Hubbardston will open The Evoking Alchemy Center —a refurbished farmhouse and studio — on Tuesday, June 10. The site will be used for seminars, business meetings and workshops, among other events.

Ki NEMA (New England Martial Arts), owned by Kerson Cooper, is open at 38 Brigham St. in Marlborough.

Kings Corner Learning Center, serving children up to 8 years old, is under new ownership. It's located at 20-24 Norwood Ave. in North Leominster.

Wachusett Animal Hospital and Pet Retreat of Westminster completed its expansion. The business added 9,000 square feet, with a grooming room, new pet suites, a separate entrance and reception area.

World Citizens' Café is relocating to the Amazing Things Art Center, at 160 Hollis St., Framingham. The program was previously held at the Brazilian American Center at 560 Waverly St., also in Framingham.
