Theater set manufacturer buys Clinton property
Bent Productions, a manufacturer of custom-made sets for professional theater groups in the Northeast, has purchased an 18,000-square-foot manufacturing building in Clinton to house its new location, according to the broker, Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. of Marlborough.
Bent Productions, owned by Becki and Richard Grey, is relocating from a 9,000-square-foot facility on Cedar Hill Street in Marlborough, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties.
The Clinton facility used to house a machine shop, and is ‘ideal’ for the growing company, the broker said in a statement. Located at 99 Lawrence St., it offers heavy power and existing conduits, tailboard loading, overhead drive-in door access, and 18-foot clearance height.
Benjamin Gatti, associate broker with Greater Boston, represented the seller, and Bret O’Brien, president of the firm, procured the buyer. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
