The potential presence of metal shards from a mixer’s dough hook has caused Price Chopper Supermarkets to recall some in-store bakery fresh breads sold at its Spencer location between Sept. 12 and 15, the company said.

The Schenectady N.Y. –based chain said that, so far, there have been no reports of illness associated with the products, which include crusty breads, pan breads, whole wheat pizza dough, rye breads, crusty rolls and Vienna breads.

Price Chopper said it has used its SoundBite notification program, which uses purchase data and consumer phone numbers on file in connection with the company’s AdvantEdge loyalty card program, to alert households that may have purchased one of the potentially hazardous products.

According to the company, the affected products had one of the following UPC codes on their labels:

4173522214, 4173522301, 4173522302, 4173522306, 4173522664, 4173525103, 4173525260, 4173522322, 4173522324, 4173523076, 4173523077, 4173525191, 4173525193
