Septic services firm expands into Central Pa., Md.

The acquisition of Kline’s Services Inc., of Salunga, Pa., was announced earlier this week. It will bring Wind River into another market – Maryland and Central Pennsylvania – to add to its presence in New England, as well as New York, New Jersey and other parts of Pennsylvania. Locally, Wind River has operations in Acton, Franklin, Hopkinton, Sudbury and Wayland.
The price of the deal was not disclosed.
Wind River employs about 350, including the 95 who work for Kline’s.
O’Connell founded Wind River in 1999.
