Maynard firm elevates 2 to exec, ownership roles

Construction firm JM Coull of Maynard has promoted two employees to top-level executive roles, and they will be part of the ownership team following the retirement of long-term CEO and co-owner Robert Hennessey, the company announced.

Christopher Oldham, who has been with Coull since 1993, will be chief operating officer, and Richard Gilfoy, who joined the company two years ago, will be chief financial officer, a statement from the company said. Both will join president and current owner Andrew Coull as owners of the company.

“What each of these individuals bring to the table will serve to strengthen our company through their commitment to our customers and our employees,” Andrew Coull said in the statement. “I am delighted to be able to see them rewarded in this way for their dedication.”
