Leominster limousine firm picks up Boxborough firm

All Points Limousine of Leominster has acquired All Seasons Limousine of Boxborough. The deal nearly doubles the size of All Points, and the company said it expects to add a half-dozen or so new employees to its 25-member workforce over the next year.

All Points President Becky Laramee said in a statement Monday that the merger of the two family-owned transportation companies, which have a combined 30 years of operation, “will be absolutely seamless.”

She said the new venture would help All Points extend its core business into the growing area of corporate transportation. Also, with the acquisition the company has increased the use of fuel-efficient hybrid sedans, and has recently begun using a paperless dispatch system as well as paperless bills, the statement said.

All Points Limousine will increase its fleet to approximately 20 hybrid luxury sedans, executive vans, mini-coaches and limousines, as well as expand its core service area to all of Central Massachusetts, Laramee said.

She and her brother John purchased All Points Limousine in 2008.
