Calare Properties, a Hudson-based real estate investment firm, has purchased a three-building portfolio in the Campanelli Business Park in Middleborough for $25.4 million.

“Each of the three buildings clearly fit into Calare’s strategy of acquiring well-located, functional industrial assets,” Andrew Iglowski, Director of Acquisitions at Calare, said in a release. “With a combination of superior physical characteristics, strong tenant credit, and long-term leases, we are confident that 16 Leona Drive, 19 Leona Drive, and 139 Campanelli Drive will perform well throughout market cycles.”

The three buildings total 273,000 square feet and include industrial/flex and warehouse space. All the properties are fully-leased to companies that include IDEX Health & Science, Sager Electronics, and Stop & Shop Supermarket.

The Campanelli Business Park is a 220-acre campus with access to Boston and Providence from Routes 44 and 495. There are plans to continue development at the business park, according to Calare President Bryan Blake.
