RDW group acquires TWS Group

RDW Group has absorbed TWS Group of Portland, Maine, into its Boston-based iFactory division, the company announced recently.
RDW, headquartered in Providence but with offices in Boston and Auburn and serving Worcester, is a communications firm. The TWS group will becomes a part of the iFactory division of RDW group that handles the creation of interactive web sites. The acquisition will help with an ongoing expansion at iFactory, according to company officials.
