GLEN MARTIN was promoted at Continental Woodcraft, a millwork subsidiary of BlueHive Strategic Environments of Worcester, to vice president. He was previously manufacturing manager for the company. Martin, who joined BlueHive in 2012, formerly worked for Iaccarino and Son Inc.

ALYSA R. DUVAL of Fitchburg was named vice president of marketing and product development for Workers' Credit Union in Fitchburg. She was previously with Bose Corp. in Framingham, as a project supervisor, and before that as a business analyst for Liberty Mutual Insurance.

ALISON J. SHILINSKY was hired by Country Bank in Ware, as senior vice president of human resources. She was previously employed by Brown Rudnick LLP, a law firm in Boston. A Millbury resident, Shilinsky has a bachelor's degree in English and communications from Assumption College in Worcester and a master's degree in management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Also at Country Bank, MARY MCGOVERN was promoted to executive vice president, from senior vice president and chief financial officer. She previously worked as a chief accounting officer at Danversbank and has also held positions at Capital Crossing Bank and Boston Private Bank & Trust.

VANESSA BOTTARRO, VALERIE COLAMETA and MELANIE SAUVAGEAU were promoted at Rollstone Bank & Trust, based in Fitchburg. All three were named assistant managers.

DAVID FELPER was named chairman of the board of Spectrum Health Systems of Worcester. Felper is a partner with Worcester law firm Bowditch & Dewey.

DR. ALISON MADDEN joined the department of obstetrics and gynecology at Worcester's Reliant Medical Group. She will see patients at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. Madden earned her medical degree from Cornell University in New York City. She then completed a residency at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology and a fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

TRACY SARACENI and MARYANN JOHANSEN were promoted by Insurance Marketing Agencies of Worcester. Saraceni was promoted from senior marketing executive to marketing and commercial lines manager. Johansen, who has been with the company for almost 24 years, will be the firm's commercial lines team leader.

PATRICK LAWLOR was hired as public affairs manager for the North Central Mass. Chamber of Commerce in Fitchburg. He most recently served the state Division of Insurance as a communications and external affairs specialist. Lawlor's experience also includes working at the state Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, as well as serving as a legislative intern for the House Ways and Means Committee and the Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies.

DR. THOMAS JOHNSON and DR. THOMAS CANTO, board-certified general surgeons, have joined Harrington Physician Services Surgical Department, an affiliate of Harrington HealthCare System. Both will practice in the Harrington Physician Services office at the Medical Arts Building on the Harrington Hospital campus in Southbridge. Johnson was formerly employed by Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, with more than 20 years of experience in general surgery. He has a doctorate from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Canto also worked at Baystate Wing Hospital, with 28 years of experience in general surgery. His doctorate is from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C. He has also worked at Wing Memorial Hospital in Palmer.

DR. DENEENE DOYKER-BOOTH was also hired by Harrington HealthCare System, to work in the pain management department. She is a board-certified pain management physician and anesthesiologist. She will be practicing at the pain center's new location at 94 South St., Southbridge. Doyker-Booth previously worked at Hartford Hospital's Pain Treatment Center and The Spine and Pain Institute, where she worked as an interventional pain management specialist. She graduated with her medical degree from University of Connecticut in Storrs and completed her fellowship at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston.

DR. SHILPA MONGA and DR. LOURDES UY joined Harrington Physician Services at its new women's health clinic at 61 N. Main St. in Charlton. Monga is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She comes to Harrington from Riverbend Medical Group in Chicopee. Monga graduated with her doctorate from the University of Delhi in India. She completed her research at Columbia University in New York City and her residency at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. Monga lives in Shrewsbury. Uy recently completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology from UMass Medical School in Worcester, where she served as chief resident.

HEATHER S. JOHNSON was promoted to vice president and commercial loan officer at Charles River Bank in Medway. She joined the bank in December 2014 as a commercial credit analyst for the bank's lending group. Prior to joining Charles River Bank, she held the position of vice president and commercial loan officer at Mansfield Cooperative Bank, Rockland Trust, Easter Bank and Middlesex Bank. Johnson graduated Connecticut College in New London and earned an MBA from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I.

KAREN J. STAMPS and INEZ MELLO were hired by Stowe & Degon LLC in Westborough. Stamps was hired as a tax partner. A CPA, she has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Stamps has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. She lives in Uxbridge. Mello was hired as director of the firm's State and Local Tax, or SALT Division. She previously served as director of several CPA firms in New England. Mello has a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from Bryant University.

NICHOLAS LYNCH was hired as a mortgage loan originator by Webster Five Cents Savings Bank. He worked at Bank of America for 10 years as a financial center manager. He is a graduate of Nichols College in Dudley.

ROCHUS SCHREIBER was hired by video software manufacturer Acton-based SeaChange International, as senior vice president of services and general manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa operations. He was most recently CEO of 4G mobile provider Digicel Anguilla and triple-play cable operator Caribbean Cable Communications, where he led major initiatives in customer acquisition, digital plant upgrades and the introduction of advertising products across platforms. Previously, Schreiber founded U.K. mobile virtual network operator Globalcell Mobile. He also served as vice president of business development at telecommunication cloud solutions provider Aepona. Schreiber has a bachelor's degree in physics from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany; a master's degree in physics from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich.; and an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He is fluent in English, German, Slovak, Russian and Czech.

JEFF STEVENSON was hired by Maynard construction management firm JM Coull, as a senior project manager. He was previously a project manager and project superintendent for JMC and has more than 20 years of project management experience.
