THOMAS LODGE was appointed to the board of trustees at Nichols College in Dudley. A 1979 graduate of Nichols, Lodge is a retired former partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for more than 20 years. At Nichols, he was on the track team, edited the yearbook and newspaper and served on the Student Government Association. He lives in Hopkinton with his wife Terri and five children.

ALEX ZEQUEIRA was hired as headmaster at St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, a role he will begin July 1. He is currently the president of Nativity School of Worcester, where he served as the school's founding principal from 2003-2004 and has been president since 2011. A graduate of College of the Holy Cross, Zequeira's 20-year education career has taken him to Connecticut, Florida and Massachusetts.

DANA LEVENSON is now president and CEO of Southgate at Shrewsbury and Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A former investment banker, Levenson served as chief financial officer for the city of Chicago from 2003-2007 and most recently worked as the CFO of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. He lives in Worcester.

PAUL L. JEFFREY, was named chair of the Eastern Medicaid Pharmacy Administrators Association, a nonprofit group of representatives of Medicaid pharmacy programs in northeastern states. Jeffrey is a pharmacy director in UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine division. He also serves as director of pharmacy for MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program, where he provides clinical support and has developed programs in behavioral and mental health as well as opioids and pain management.

JASON R. MURPHY has been named the vice president of learning strategy at The Training Associates, a talent training solutions provider in Westborough. Murphy has more than 25 years of experience in human capital development in organizations of all sizes, including several Fortune 500 companies. He speaks at several large training conferences on an annual basis, touching on the neuroscience of learning and the latest trends in learning exploration.

KAREN REILLY was named director of clinical services at Care Solutions, Inc. in Westborough. Reilly, who has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years, is a certified dementia practitioner. She has experience with direct care delivery in acute and long-term care. She holds a nursing degree, summa cum laude, from Anna Maria College. She lives in Shrewsbury, where she was born and raised. She recently became engaged and has two grown children and a grandchild on the way.

KEITH R. KIRKLAND was elected to receive a second three-year term as a community member on the investment committee at the Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts, a nonprofit HMO. He is vice president of commercial lending and services at Southbridge Savings Bank.

ANJALI PARANJAPE, has joined the board of directors at Apple Tree Arts in Grafton, a nonprofit community school of the arts. Paranjape is the branch manager of UniBank in Grafton. Her financial background will be an asset to the board, especially as the school focuses on implementing a business plan for its community performance arts center.

ADAM TOBER has been named the director of the fine musical instruments department at Skinner Inc. in Marlborough. In his new role, he will source, authenticate and appraise instruments for auctions put on by Skinner. He has a background in the music industry and most recently founded Expat Guitars, a vintage and rare guitar boutique, in Tokyo, Japan, where he specialized in West Coast electric guitars and amplifiers of the 1940s-1970s. He is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music/Tufts University dual degree program. He also received the Japanese Ministry of Education's scholarship and conducted research in computer music at Keio University's Graduate School of Media and Governance in Fujisawa, Japan.

BRIAN LEMERISE was promoted to president at Quiet Logistics, a fulfillment provider to apparel and lifestyle companies in Devens. Lemerise was most recently vice president of third-party fulfillment at the company. Since he came on as director of operations in 2011, the company has increased its capacity tenfold. He has a long career in retail distribution and ecommerce fulfillment operations at several Fortune 500 companies.
