A Five Guys and Unibank location will open on Monday at the Pleasant Valley Crossing development on Route 146 in Sutton that is anchored by a Market 32 by Price Chopper.
The opening of the two new businesses at the 220,000-square-foot shopping center comes as Galaxy Development of Auburn moves towards completion of the first phase of the development at the 20-acre site. Market 32, the first store at the new development directly off of Route 146 that runs between Worcester and Providence, opened in October.
This first phase of development includes an additional four buildings that have been leased to Verizon, Starbucks, Great Clips, Pleasant Valley Dentistry and Q-Nails & Spa, in addition to the Five Guys restaurant and full Unibank branch, said Kayla Cournoyer , spokeswoman for Galaxy Development.
The next phase of development at the site will include an additional buildout of 130,000 square feet of retail space, said Cournoyer. That buildout will include a big-box anchor and junior anchor spaces along with two restaurant pad site.
