Maugel Architects completes ReWalk HQ redesign

Courtesy The new design includes flexible spaces.

Maugel Architects has completed a redesign of ReWalk Robotics’ U.S. headquarters, with work done to the interior and warehouse.

The existing 11,800 square-foot space at 200 Donald Lynch Blvd. within the Solomon Pond Park in Marlborough, was reworked to create a welcoming environment for ReWalk’s clients and visitors, including changes to the conference room and offices.

ReWalk Robotics specializes in exoskeletons allowing people with spinal cord injuries to stand and walk again. According to a release from Harvard-based Maugel, many of ReWalk’s visitors are clients with lower-limb impairments who come to the office for product testing, demonstrations and training. Therefore, Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility and flexibility were incorporated into the space.

Maugel has designed more than two dozen tenant fit-ups and interior renovations at Solomon Pond Park for Burlington-based Nordblom Co., an owner and manager of the park.
