Alcohol distributor spends $7.2M for Holliston HQ
The location will serve as Atlantic Importing's new headquarters.
A warehouse in Holliston has sold for $7.2 million to Framingham’s Atlantic Importing as the alcohol distributor prepares to move its headquarters as part of an expansion.
The sale of 350 Hopping Brook Road includes the fully air-conditioned, high-bay warehouse building of 106,250 square feet and 12.78 acres. The facility represents a sizable expansion from Atlantic’s current Framingham warehouse of 45,000 square feet. The new facility is located roughly two miles from the Milford I-495 ramp, said Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham, who represented the company in the purchase. He said the company will maintain its Framingham location while also distributing out of the Holliston location.
