JAMES P. ABELY has joined Psychemedics Corp. in Acton as associate general counsel. He is responsible for managing all of the company's legal activities and will report directly to CEO Raymond Kubacki. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and previously worked for Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston.

TIM LAHEY of Shrewsbury has joined Transwestern | RBJ in Boston as vice president, focusing on leasing and sales in Boston and Cambridge. A graduate of Princeton University, Lahey joins the firm from Colliers International. He previously played professional baseball, including a stint with the 2008 World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies.

ABBEY NELSON has joined Behavioral Concepts, Inc. of Worcester as an applied behavior analysis therapist. She is a graduate of Assumption College and resides in Worcester.

COURTENEY CHURCHILL is now an applied behavior analysis therapist at Behavioral Concepts, Inc. in Worcester. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Churchill lives in Worcester.

KIM BROWN was promoted to the position of assistant branch manager of Webster Five Cents Savings Bank's newest branch, at 100 Front St. in Worcester. She has worked at the bank in various positions since 2002, most recently as personal banker. She received her supervision certificate from Quinebaug Valley Community College through the Center for Financial Training in 2007.

DR. YASSER REHMAN is now seeing patients at the Cancer Center at Harrington HealthCare System in Southbridge. Board certified in internal medicine, Rehman is completing a fellowship in oncology and hematology at Boston Medical Center. Before that, he completed his residency and internship in internal medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, VA Medical Center, in the Bronx, N.Y. He received his bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery from Khyber Medical College at the University of Peshawar in Peshaware, Pakistan.

STEPHEN OLSON has been hired at Aquarion Water Co. in Hingham as director of operations for Massachusetts, where he will be responsible for water systems serving Hingham, Hull, north Cohasset, Millbury and Oxford. He joins Aquarion from Environmental Partners Group, where he was a senior principal. In his new role, Olson will be responsible for daily operations and maintenance, and will provide leadership on infrastructure planning, design and construction, and in communications with local and state officials.

KATHY GRIGAS was named to the position of senior accounting specialist at North Brookfield Savings Bank in North Brookfield, where she will be responsible for managing accounts payables; compiling, verifying and balancing the daily general ledger for the bank; and monitoring fixed assets and depreciation as well as sales and withholdings taxes. She was promoted from the position of accounting clerk at North Brookfield Savings Bank and before that, worked as an account generalist with Family First Bank for four years, and in the accounting and credit department of WM Wright Co. for 18 years. She lives in New Braintree.

ANN BRADY was promoted to senior accountant and assistant controller at North Brookfield Savings Bank in North Brookfield. In her new role, she will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting, monitoring balances at the Federal Reserve and correspondent banks as well as processing fund and balance investments. She was promoted from the position of accounting clerk and previously worked as assistant accounting supervisor for more than 18 years with Country Bank for Savings before joining NBSB. She holds a general banking diploma from the Center for Financial Planning and lives in Wheelwright.
