DANIEL J. KELSER is now senior vice president, commercial relationship manager at Clinton Savings Bank in Clinton. A 17-year banking veteran, Kelser joins the bank from Rollstone Bank and Trust. A Leominster native, he holds a bachelor's degree from Nichols College and lives in Baldwinville with his wife.
MARY ANN O'CONNOR, president and CEO of VNA Care in Worcester, was appointed to the advisory board of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Strategic Management and Decision Making for Nurse Executives program, which is meant to enhance management and decision making at the public health school and the Simmons School of Nursing and Health Sciences. She has 35 years of healthcare management and leadership experience, 24 of which were at the senior executive level. She has been at the helm of VNA Care since 2012.
STEPHEN A. KLINGE is now an orthopedic surgeon at UMass Memorial-Marlborough Hospital in Marlborough. Klinge has experience treating people of all ages for sports trauma-related injuries and performing several knee, shoulder and hip procedures. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and completed his orthopedic residency at Brown University, where he earned a fellowship. He also earned a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Connecticut.
ROBERT TOTARO was promoted to business lending officer at Webster Five Cents Savings Bank in Webster. A 17-year veteran of the banking industry, Totaro previously served as branch manager of the bank's Front Street location in Worcester, a role he held for a year. As business lending officer, he will develop new business, structure and close commercial loans and maintain the existing loan portfolio. He has been with Webster Five Cents Savings Bank since 2007, when he joined as an assistant branch manager. He is a graduate of Worcester State University, the New England School for Financial Studies and is working towards his master's degree in business administration at Nichols College.
PAMELA GANNON was appointed to the board of The Discovery Museums in Acton. Gannon, who received her doctorate from the Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences at Tufts University School of Medicine in cellular and molecular physiology, is a current board member and the parent outreach chair for the MIT Association of Independent Living Groups, which supports and oversees fraternities, sororities and independent living groups at MIT. Professionally, she has worked as a science writer for publications including “The Scientist” and “Current Biology” and as a web resource consultant and manager for several publishing groups and publications. She lives in Concord with her family.
JENNIFER BUJNEVICIE and LAURA DENNIS were both promoted to regional managers of the retail banking division at Country Bank in Ware. Bujnevicie, a North Brookfield resident with 12 years of banking experience, was promoted from the position of operations manager, one of many positions she has held at Country Bank. She holds a human resources certificate from the Center for Financial Training and is working towards a degree in business administration at the New England College of Business and Finance. Dennis has been with the bank since 2000, when she joined as a part-time file clerk while still in high school. She was hired full-time upon graduating, originally in collections before moving into retail banking. She is a 2015 graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies and lives in Hardwick with her husband and two children.
ANNE DYGON and SARAH A. GALVIN are now senior vice presidents at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. Both women came to Fidelity as a result of the bank's April merger with Barre Savings Bank. Dygon, who has more than 30 years of banking operations, technology and strategic planning, product development and team leadership experience, was formerly senior vice president and treasurer at Barre Savings Bank. In her new role as senior vice president and chief operations and information officer at Fidelity, Dygon will be responsible for deposit operations and information technology. She is a graduate of Assumption College and a North Brookfield resident. Galvin, who was senior loan officer at Barre Savings Bank, is now senior vice president, business banking officer at Fidelity, where she will focus on transitioning the commercial loan portfolio and identifying new opportunities for business lending in Barre, Paxton, Princeton and Gardner. She joined Barre Savings Bank in 2011, lives in Winchendon and holds a master's degree in business administration from Anna Maria College and a bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State University.
DAVE MONTVILLE was promoted to managing consultant for the Worcester Employee Benefits Team at Marsh & McLennan Agency in Worcester. He will retain some clients of his own while managing a team of employee benefits consults. A member of the Marsh & McLennan Agency Education Vertical team, Montville brings expertise in the higher education space to the agency.
