Northborough-based Greater Boston Commercial Properties announced Thursday that it recently brokered the sale of three properties in Framingham and Ashland that totalled $1.65 million in sales.

The most expensive property, at 94 Nickerson Road in Ashland, sold for $848,000, according to GBCP president Bret O’Brien. The property will be used by the buyer, The GroundsKeeper Inc., to expand from its location across the street at 71 Nickerson St., according to O’Brien.

In the second transaction, O’Brien procured a buyer for 33 Loring Dr. in Framingham that was sold as an investment property. The 5,500 square foot office condo is fully leased for five years to Creative Playthings, and was purchased for the rental income by a Westborough-based investor for $420,000, according to O’Brien.

Finally, 27 Cochituate Rd. was sold for $380,000 as an investment property and part of a larger 1031 exchange, according to O’Brien who represented the buyer. The office property is 1,907 square feet and located on Route 30 close to Route 9.
