SHANA HAZEN was promoted to assistant vice president at Commerce Bank in Worcester. She has been with the bank since 2003, and was named manager of the Grafton Street office in 2015. A graduate of Becker College, she lives in Sturbridge.

HEATHER L. BELAIR is now assistant vice president, virtual bank manager at Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester. She will be responsible for overseeing online loan originations and account operations. She joined Bay State Bank in 2003, and most recently worked as virtual branch manager, where she managed the bank's online account opening program. A resident of Worcester, Belair began her career as a part-time teller at the Auburn High School branch of Bay State bank. She was offered a full-time job after graduation.

G. WARREN MANIGAULT III was named assistant vice president, senior branch manager of the Front Street location of Webster Five Cents Savings Bank in Worcester. He will focus on sales, oversee the day-to-day operations at the branch, participate in community relations, assist with customer service and lead business development efforts. He joins Webster Five from Santander Bank, where he was assistant vice president, small business relationship manager. In that role, he acquired new customers and served as the primary liaison between business customers and the bank. He has 20 years of experience in sales and business development, and five years' experience in the banking industry. He holds a bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University and a project management certification from Bryant University.

DR. ERIC LUPOLI has joined Reliant Medical Group's Department of Internal Medicine in Spencer and is accepting new patients. Lupoli holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island and a medical degree from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. He completed his internship at Massapequa General Hospital in Seaford, N.Y. and a family practice residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, N.Y. He has been in practice since 2001 and is board certified in family practice and osteopathic manipulative therapy.

DR. MARSHA FEARING has joined the pediatric practice at Harrington Physician Services in Southbridge. She joins Harrington from the Department of Pediatrics at Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, N.M. Before that, she was a pediatric physician at Barton Associates in Peabody. Fearing, who has more than 15 years experience caring for newborns through adolescence, holds a medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where she completed her pediatric residency. She completed a clinical genetics fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital and was a member of the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps Officer in the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Ky.

ELLEN COUGHLIN, JOANNE LATTANZI, and NICOLE LEGERE were all promoted at Leominster Credit Union. Coughlin was promoted to assistant vice president of human resources, where she is responsible for policy administration, performance management programs, recruiting initiatives, compensation/salary administration and employee relations. She has been with the bank's human resources team since April 2004. She holds a bachelor's degree from Worcester State University, a master's degree from Emmanuel College, and a professional human resources designation from the HR Certification Institute. She lives in Sterling. Lattanzi, who joined the credit union in 2011 as a marketing associate before being promoted to marketing manager and officer in 2013, was recently promoted to assistant vice president of marketing. She is responsible for managing media relations, event coordination, and for website and social media content. A Melrose resident, she is a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management. Legere was promoted to assistant vice president for compliance. She joined the credit union through a partnership with the Cooperative Credit Union Association in April 2014 and has since developed and administered a comprehensive compliance program. A Clinton resident, Legere holds a bachelor's degree from UMass Amherst and a juris doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. She can practice law in both Massachusetts and New York.

JENNIFER LEDOUX is now senior vice president and senior risk and compliance officer at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. She will report to Neil Gordon, chief financial and risk officer, and will play a key role in the bank's compliance and risk management activities. Previously, the Central Massachusetts native worked as assistant vice president and compliance officer at Workers Credit Union in Fitchburg, where she had oversight of all compliance initiatives, including adherence to the Community Reinvestment Act. She holds the credit union compliance expert and bank secrecy act compliance specialist certifications and lives in Fitchburg.
