A former automotive dealership at 16 Main St. in Spencer has sold for $150,000.
A former car dealership at 16 Main St. in Spencer has sold for $150,000, according to Worcester real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky.
The 1,100-square-foot building was built in 2005, with a lot that accommodates 25 vehicles.
Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the sellers, Harvey Shine and Robert Branagan. The buyers were not identified.
The 0.2-acre property was last assessed for $120,200.
