Beth Grenier and Monica T. DiPietro were both promoted at Sullivan Insurance Group in Worcester. Grenier, who has been with the company for 20 years, was promoted to vice president of claims. In her new role, she will manage the commercial and personal lines claims operations, as well as account claim management, for risk management Services. She attended Palm Beach State College in Florida and graduated from David Prouty High School. DiPietro, a 28-year veteran of the insurance industry, was promoted to manager of personal lines. A graduate of Worcester State University and Anna Maria College, she has been with Sullivan Insurance Group for 15 years. She is licensed in property and casualty insurance in Massachusetts, and holds the certified insurance service representative designation.

Katherine Robertson and Pam Guild joined nonprofit Jericho Road in Worcester. Robertson was appointed director, where she will oversee the organization, create partnerships, and run its Leadership Connection program. She has served as an administrator and grant writer for organizations throughout the U.S., and as a reporter and political consultant. Before starting her own consulting business in 2010, she worked at the College of the Holy Cross in community relations. A graduate of Clark University, she lives in Worcester. Guild, who previously served as interim director of Jericho Road, has been named program manager. She will recruit and train volunteers, match them with projects, and assess outcomes. A graduate of Skidmore College, she has worked as a project manager at CGI Technologies, Commerce Insurance Company and Thom McAn Shoe Company. She holds a master's degree from Assumption College, a CPCU designation from the Insurance Institute and a project management master's certificate from Boston University.

Jay Bry and Liz Oliveira-Mustard were both elected to the board of directors at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts. Bry is the vice president of finance and administration at Fitchburg State University, where he leads and directs Fitchburg State's finances, and the finances of its Foundation. He provides leadership and strategic vision for the capital and operations of the university. Before joining the board at The Bridge, he served on the nonprofit's development committee, and supported and promoted Safe Homes, which serves LGBTQ youth in the Worcester area. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Olivera-Mustard is privacy officer and compliance director at Fallon Health in Worcester. Before joining Fallon, she worked at the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Worcester, where she was responsible for the coordination and implementation of compliance, quality and accreditation activities. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a master's of business administration from Anna Maria College, and certifications in Healthcare Privacy Compliance and Healthcare Compliance.

Courtney Nuara was promoted to vice president and compliance and risk manager at UniBank in Whitinsville. Nuara has been with the bank for two years and has more than eight years of experience in the compliance and Bank Secrecy Act field. She is responsible for compliance, BSA, anti-money laundering, office of foreign assets control, and security and fraud programs at UniBank. She holds a certified regulatory compliance manager certification and a certified anti-money laundering specialist certification. She is a graduate of Stonehill College.

Peter Engeian is now vice president of property management at Grossman Development Group in Southborough, where he will he responsible for property management and acquisition analysis. He joins the firm with 25 years of experience in property management throughout New England. He worked at Samuels & Associates for 20 years before joining Cedar Realty Trust as a senior regional asset manager for four years. He holds a real property administrator designation from Building Owners and Manager Institute International and a certified shopping center manager designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Matthew Prior has joined Rollstone Bank & Trust in Worcester as commercial lender and vice president. He joins Rollstone from Rockland Trust, where he worked as a commercial portfolio manager. In his new role, he will develop new commercial business and sustain relationships with the bank's commercial loan customers. He is a 2010 graduate of Quinnipiac University and is active with several business groups, including the Boston and Worcester chambers of commerce, the Risk Management Association, the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, and the Small Business Association of New England.

Jess Oyer is now on the advisory board of the Venture Forum in Worcester. Oyer is an attorney at Fletcher Tilton PC. He is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School. During his legal studies, he worked in the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Energy and for U.S. Magistrate Judge Beshouri. After graduation, he worked as a law clerk to the Superior Court in the U.S. Virgin Islands before working at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C.
