Penn Place, an office building at 100 Pennsylvania Ave. in Framingham where Disruptor Beam will lease 30,000 square feet.

A company that made video games based on the TV shows Game of Thrones and Star Trek will move into larger offices in Framingham.

Disruptor Beam is now at 161 Worcester Road in Framingham but will have a larger 30,000-square-foot office at Penn Place, an office building at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties, which arranged the lease.

The building, in an area near where Bose and Sanofi Genzyme also have offices, has an onsite fitness center and day care center, which the company said were factors in making the move, along with the location just off the Turnpike's Exit 12.

Financial terms were not disclosed for the lease.

Disruptor Beam has made popular entertainment brands into video games, with Game of Thrones and Star Trek so far, and soon for The Walking Dead. Its investors include Google Ventures, according to Disruptor Beam.
