A private real estate investor has purchased units in this Northborough building for nearly $1.9 million.

A private local real estate investor has purchased 27,185-square-feet of office, warehouse and light manufacturing space in Northborough for nearly $1.9 million.

In a press release, real estate brokers New Dover Associates said several units in the building at 104 Otis St. have been sold for $1,885,000 to KJG Otis Street, LLC.

According to filings with the state secretary's office, the manager of that entity is Kenneth Gasparoni, a Southborough resident running the organization as a private real estate investment venture.

Current tenants of the spaces acquired will continue to do businesses throughout their lease, New Dover Associates said.
