An industrial building in Framingham has been sold to a real estate investment firm for nearly $4.9 million.

The property, 101 Bishop St., is a one-story building totaling more than 44,000 square feet on more than three acres of land just off Route 135.

The buyer, Green Brick Development, LLC, is a commercial property management firm engaged in real estate transactions in the Greater Boston and MetroWest area, according to land records.

However, land records show the firm has been selling off its portfolio of properties in recent years, including a $3.85-million sale of a Natick property in 2013 and a $3.2-million sale of a South Boston property in 2018.

The company has a registered address on Temple Street in Boston. Steven Turner is listed as its registered agent, according to the Massachusetts Secretary of State's website.

The seller, Siegal, LLC, is a property management entity based in Brookline. The registered agent at the company is listed as Martin Siegal.
