Marlborough’s Knowledge Park has signed three new tenants and resigned an existing tenant to fill more than 11,000-square-feet just months after the three-building campus was sold for $8.6 million.

Dartmouth Property Management, the firm managing the property for new owner CB Equities - which purchased the park in October - announced the new tenants Wednesday.

New tenants include commercial janitorial company SCS Building Maintenance, national temp labor recruiting firm Operica and energy consulting company Colonial Power Group.

In a statement, Framingham-based SCS Building Maintenance President and CEO Trevor Rhone said the decision to relocate has been an “exceptional decision and experience.”

His company is leasing 1,750 square feet, Operica is leasing 2,200 square feet and Colonial Power is the largest new lessee with 2,900 square feet.

In addition to those new tenants, current tenant IAR Systems Software has signed a long-term lease extension, Dartmouth Property Management said.

The three-building, 161,300-square-foot office park just off Route 20 at the interchange with I-495 was formerly known as Mount Royal Office Park.

Knowledge Park is undergoing extensive upgrades and renovations, including upgraded entry facades, improved lobby areas, modernized tenant spaces, co-working areas, conference facilities, a fitness center and new outdoor areas with a patio and firepit.

The property management firm is also planning a gathering space called “The Club.”
