One of three industrial buildings that were home to Curtis Industries before its move to West Boylston has sold.

The sale, for $1.5 million, closed last month.

The buyer is 121 Higgins St. LLC, an entity listed at the same address and suite number as Worcester real estate appraisal firm O'Hara-Buthray Associates. The firm did not return a call seeking comment. The property was sold by Saul Slovin and Deborah Iken.

The buyers took out a $4.7 million mortgage on the property, according to a filing with the Registry of Deeds.

The property, at 121 Higgins St., was one of three adjacent building Curtis once leased. It is the smallest, at 31,000 square feet on nearly 2 acres.

The two others are listed for sale or lease for undisclosed prices.
