Construction is set to begin in the next few weeks on the latest phase of retail space at the Pleasant Valley Crossing shopping center in Sutton.

The stores Luv2Play, an indoor play area for children, and Fresenius Medical Care, an outpatient health facility, are committed to be the plaza's newest tenants, according to developer Galaxy Development of Auburn, which was founded by Michael C. O'Brien.

The newest phase at Pleasant Valley Crossing will include a 5,500-square-foot standalone restaurant available for lease and another 3,105-square-foot retail space. This phase will be built on land Galaxy purchased last year.

Those tenants will join grocery store anchor Market32, Five Guys, UniBank and Starbucks in the plaza just off Route 146.

The 8,500-square-foot Luv2Play will be just the third New England location for the Arizona company, after Springfield and North Hampton, N.H. The 6,800-square-foot Fresenius Medical Care dialysis center will be the chain's eighth Central Massachusetts location. The German company, which has its United States headquarters in Waltham, says it has more than 2,200 dialysis facilities, outpatient cardiac and vascular labs, and urgent care centers.

Galaxy Development is also building the Trolley Yard retail development off Grove Street in Worcester at the former Worcester Regional Transit Authority facility. It has not yet announced any tenants for that project.
