What advice would you give up-and-comers? Surround yourself with friends and colleagues who have positive energy, compassion, trustworthiness and great character. Hard work is critical to having a successful and exciting career. Great leaders lead by example, along with being good listeners. Treat everyone with courtesy, respect and a smile.
